[QUESTION] Which server should I buy?

Hi, I have 500 users. I am planning to iptv streaming.1 user => use 2-3 mbps, so I must buy 1 gigabits server I guess. I need 2 TB traffic. What are other features? Processor, ram etc.

And can you recommend any cheap server?
